Best Time to
Travel: India is a year round destination. However, in the plains the best time to
travel is from October to March, May and June are very hot months, the South West monsoon
generally falls from June to early September and effects most of the plains of India. The
South East Monsoon which effects the South Eastern coast, comprising largely the State of Tamil
Nadu, falls in November and December. The best time to travel to the mountains are
the months of October and November, March to May. |

Inoculations
are recommended for Tetanus, Hepatitis A, Polio, Typhoid, Meningitis
if arriving from an infected region. None of the above are
obligatory for entry in India. Malaria is present in all regions of
India, thus prophylactics are recommended (Contact your GP) |
